| Product Description: |
A premium quality moisture resistant, vapor barrier primer/sealer latex. IMMCO Vapor Barrier Primer is designed to prevent the transmission of moisture through the substrate on which it has been applied. Its hi-hide formula may be used on drywall (wallboard) plaster, masonry or concrete surfaces. It is specially formulated to provide extremely high opacity on a wide variety of substrates. It may also replace the use of plastic vapor barrier sheeting behind the wall in some jurisdictions as per building code requirements. |

| Surface Preparation: |
The surface must be clean and free from any loose potentially contaminating matter & excessive moisture. Any drywall joints and other patched areas must be thoroughly dry and free from sanding dust. |
| Application: |
IMMCO Vapor Barrier Primer/Sealer maybe applied by brush (synthetic bristle), roller of suitable nap length (10 - 20mm), conventional or airless spray. If applying by airless spray, use a tip of between .015" - .018” for best results. |
