Product Description: IMMCO Foam Cote is a water based primer sealer designed for application on EPS foam. The properties of the IMMCO FoamCote gives the surface of the foam protection against impact, fills voids and allows for easy application of a finish coat for a smooth application. It's unique properties allows for great surface strength but will not crack under normal impact. The re-enforced materials retain a good degree of flexibility.

Coverage (Theoretical): First Coat 125-150 ft2/gal, (3-3.5 metres2/litre), second coat 150-180 ft2/gal (3.5-4 metre2/litre). Actual coverage will vary depending on the method of application, type of surface and job conditions.

Avg. Drying Time at 77°F (25C): 2 Hours to touch, 6 – 8 Hours Dry, Cure 28 Days

Surface Preparation: The prepared surface receiving the coating must be completely dry and free from any dirt or grease.
Application: IMMCO FoamCote may be applied by brush (synthetic bristle), roller of suitable nap length, (i.e.: 5-10 mm nap recommended) airless or conventional sprayer. It is highly recommended that 8 – 10 mil coat be applied for maximum durability and best results.
Resistances: IMMCO FoamCote exhibits excellent resistance to various climatic elements such as high humidity, cracking, peeling and blistering.
